Traditional Southern Dinner
Join us in creating a memorable meal that includes crab dip,
traditional cheese straws, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and
rice, buttermilk biscuits, cheese grits, pecan praline candy and
traditional bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Leave with some
tasty recipes and a satisfied tummy. A perfect night out with your
special someone or friend. Supply fee of $15 per person paid to
instructor at class. Class fee: $39 one, $65 two.

NEW | Vietnamese Pho
Travel the streets of Vietnam as you enjoy an authentic
Vietnamese dinner. You will make pho (a spicy broth-based
soup with noodles, chicken and vegetables), fresh shrimp spring
rolls, nuoc cham (the quintessential dipping sauce that goes
on everything) and che chuoi xao dua (a dessert of caramelized
bananas). Chef Anu will provide you with her tips and recipes to
easily recreate these dishes at home. All supplies are provided.

NEW | Yogurt and Mozzarella Cheese Making • Playtime to inspire senses
with toys, songs and activities.
Learn to make tasty, inexpensive, nutritious, gluten-free and
additive-free yogurt and cheese at home. In this hands-on class,
you will get a detailed demonstration on making yogurt and
Greek yogurt, and make a batch of mozzarella. Handout includes
recipes for different types of cheese and recipes using yogurt.
Bring two, one-cup containers with lids to take home cheese
and yogurt starter. Supply fee of $8 paid to instructor at class.
Class fee: $45.
