A Taste of the Paranormal World
Are you intrigued by ghosts and other paranormal entities? Join
members from the Anoka Paranormal Investigations team, for an
educational evening of paranormal investigating. You will learn
about the process for investigating haunted locations, look at
basic equipment and view evidence from previous investigations.
Bring your own ghost stories to share. Class fee: $35.

Appraise your Antiques
With yard sale season approaching, arm yourself with the basics
of identifying and appraising art, antiques, jewelry, coins and
collectibles. Get tips on what makes items valuable and the best
ways to sell them. You will learn about lithophane, trench art,
“U.S. Zone” china, a U.S. three cent nickel, precious gemstones,
mourning jewelry and German silver. Experience hands-on
learning with certified appraiser and instructor, David Schlueter.

Craft Winemaking 101
Explore craft winemaking in this hands-on, two-session class.
Session one focuses on initial winemaking steps – mixing
ingredients, learning about grape varieties and wine quality.
Session two is six weeks later, where you’ll bottle your wine
creation. You’ll take home six bottles (three red, three white) in
a wine tote bag. Class held at Genesis Winemaking in Anoka.
Class fee: $85.
Join certified pet trainer, Kari Martin, for this hands-on class to
help your dog become a well-mannered representative of the
community. You and your dog will practice basic commands,
targeting, polite walking, proper socialization and reinforcement
techniques. Open to non-aggressive dogs of all ages; one dog

how to use field guides and keys focusing on morels and
other Minnesota mushrooms that can be easily identified by
