Cardio and resistance training in one class utilizing drum sticks. This is a fun way to shake up your routine. Got stress? Forget about it and rock out with us! A cardio / core workout step class using your body weight as resistance. This weight bearing aspect is increased every time you step up, improving bone health and density. Get everything you need by combining cardio, strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement.
