Yoga-Gentle Yoga for Boomers
Gentle Yoga is perfect for boomers and seniors. We will move through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation.
