Meat Trek
The Twin Cities are home to exceptional butcher shops carrying fine, dry-aged beef, shop-made sausages, old-fashioned stewing hens and other delightful meats to enliven your cooking. Join cooking teacher, Jan, for a four-hour tour of four local shops— encounter cuts uncommon in American supermarkets but commonplace in other parts of the world.
