Quick, Nutritious Meals Tai Chi Chuan
Packaged snacks and meals are convenient with the busy lives
we all lead today, however, they take a toll on our health. Learn
about what it means to really eat and be healthy, how you can
prepare quick and nutritious meals from breakfast to dinner and
discuss what healthy really looks like. It might even surprise you!
At the end of class you will be provided with recipes for a weeks
worth of quick and nutritious meals to keep you healthy, happy
and satisfied. Class fee: $29. Non-martial, gentle exercise that reduces stress, strengthens
the body, and restores internal and external balance. Learn the
“form” which is a continuous sequence of postures practiced
in a slow, gentle manner, while gaining an understanding of the
underlying principles and concepts. Wear comfortable clothing.

Spring Forest Qigong
Qigong is a simple, effective and easy-to-learn method for
helping you experience your optimal health, wellness and
happiness. By learning to balance the energy in your body,
you enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual well
being, relieving physical and emotional pain, stress and other
health issu es. Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ), combines gentle
movements, breathing and visualization along with sound and
can be done while standing or sitting. This Level I class includes
information along with instruction and practice of the exercises.
