Artisan Breads-A Taste of the Old and New NEW | Fall Harvest Baking
Take the mystery out of homemade yeast breads and leave
with knowledge to bake, using ingredients that appeal to your
family’s tastes and needs. Learn to shape buns, crescent rolls and
beautiful bread loaves that boost flavor and embrace healthy
eating. This is a demonstration and hands-on class. Supply fee of
$9 cash paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $29. Did you know, fall harvest vegetables and fruits are versatile and
can be used to make delicious baked goods? Join registered
dietitian, Tricia Rau, for this hands-on cooking class. Learn
and sample various recipes using squash and other fruits and

Dim Sums Across the World
Dim Sums are small Chinese dishes paired with tea. With Chef
Anu, you will prepare three classics: shrimp shiu mai (steamed
Chinese shrimp dumplings), pot stickers (dumplings with chicken
and spices, fried and steamed) and orange chocolate baos (a
soft citrus and vanilla scented bun served with chocolate sauce).
Sip on vanilla jasmine bubble tea as you cook. All supplies are

Autumn is a terrific time to explore the contemporary stovetop
pressure cooker. Learn four rules for safe stovetop pressure
cooking while sampling and preparing delicious and quick
meals. Extensive handouts provided. This hands-on class covers
stovetop pressure cookers. Bring a stovetop pressure cooker

Glorious Garlic
Join us for an evening preparing a garlic-inspired, multi-course
meal of appetizers, dips, roasted and mashed vegetables,
dressings, croutons and more! Recipes include Baba Ghanouj
(roasted eggplant dip) bruschetta, sun-dried tomato pesto, four
main dishes incorporating garlic into Asian chicken, Philippine
adobo with pork, almonds and the famous chicken with forty
