Do you love pie? Instructor, Jan Zita-Grover, will teach you how to bake a pie anywhere, using just about anything to measure: glass bottles, cast-iron skillets old pizza pans. This class will focus on butter, butter-lard crusts, spectrum vegetable shortening, filling preparation and hands-on baking of your one-person pie. Extensive handouts provided.
