Yoga – Hatha
Hatha is the classical form of yoga and open to being gentle in nature or more of a power form of yoga that allows freedom in style . Class focuses on building strength , balance , flexibility , and control of the breath as tools to relax the mind and body . Short meditation or reflection at the end . This is a mixed-level class .
