Anoka-Hennepin Community Education has partnered with Safeway Driving School to provide an additional opportunity for high school students to complete their classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction outside of the traditional school day . Driver education classes are open to teens ages 15 and up . Classroom fee : $ 305 . Behind the Wheel fee : $ 355 collected by Safeway .
