Driver education classes Anoka-Hennepin Community Education has partnered with Safeway Driving School to provide an additional opportunity for high school students to complete their classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction outside of the traditional school day. Driver education classes are open to teens ages 15 and up, and will be held at Andover high school this winter and spring.
