fitness Yoga-Hatha Hatha is the classical form of yoga and open to being gentle in nature or more of a power form of yoga that allows freedom in style. Class focuses on building strength, balance, flexibility, and control of the breath as tools to relax the mind and body. Short meditation or reflection at the end. This is a mixed level class.
