Yoga-Hatha
Hatha is the classical form of yoga and open to being gentle in
nature or more of a power form of yoga that allows freedom in
style. Class focuses on building strength, balance, flexibility, and
control of the breath as tools to relax the mind and body. Short
meditation or reflection at the end. This is a mixed level class.
Bring water, yoga mat and two yoga blocks. See website for class
meeting dates. Class fee: $49.

OPEN GYM
This is not league play; teams are formed as players
arrive. No children allowed for safety reasons. Drop
in anytime throughout the class time. See website for
class meeting dates. Pass fee: $35 or $4 per session,
exact change at the door; open gym passes available
for purchase through January 17 or until sold out. Once
an open gym pass has been purchased, your name will
be added to the Open Gym list at all locations.

adults with disabilities. Activities and classes offer
educational, recreational and social activities for
participants that practice life skills to increase
independence and communication, community
integration, as well as opportunites to make friends.

Join others in playing this fun racquet sport that infuses
elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The game
