Intro to Drumming NEW | Digital Photography-Moon Shot
Gain a solid foundation in drum set performance and
musicianship. We will focus on proper hand/foot technique,
musical styles and reading basic rhythms. Amaze your friends
with the ability to confidently play various drum beats and fills
in multiple styles with a clear understanding of a path forward
to intermediate playing. Practice pad and sticks provided.

Class fee: $79. Alluring moon shots are always a fascinating challenge. Come
learn the secrets and best techniques needed to capture
beautiful moon pictures with your digital camera. For the field
shoot, weather permitting, we will take advantage of the full
February Snow Moon as it rises over the Coon Rapids Dam.

NEW | Tips and Tricks of Basic Bird Photography
Photographing birds requires patience and skill. This session will
focus on tips that will help you capture captivating images of
birds at backyard bird feeders, use of photography blinds and
shooting birds in flight. A beautiful photo of a bird is a challenge
worth overcoming, because you will be very proud of the result.

Fitness Walking
Do not let the cooler weather hamper your exercise program.
Continue your walking regime this winter using a set route
through the halls of Oak View or Jackson Middle Schools. You
can come to as many or as few of the sessions as you like per
week (Monday-Thursday). Bring water and clean, dry tennis

Get out and enjoy the Minnesota winter with your camera. The
winter season offers photographers some very unique lighting
situations, especially on a snow covered landscape. Instructor,
John Pennoyer, will discuss exposure for light and snow. You will
learn proper care for your equipment in cold weather and how
to keep yourself warm in these conditions. Last class ends with

Indoor Golf Lessons
Don’t let your clubs get dusty and forget about your game
during the winter. Prepare yourself in anticipation for next
spring. Class covers basic setup and short shots, swing tips,
the woods and driver. Beginning and intermediate players
