NEW | Yoga-Gentle Yoga for Boomers
Yoga-Sculpt
Gentle Yoga is perfect for boomers and seniors. We will move
through seated and standing, traditional and modified yoga
poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and
restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation.
This class is shoe and joint friendly and we do not get down
on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. See
website for class meeting dates. Class fee: $35.
Yoga Sculpt includes cardio, yoga, strength training all in one
class. We will tone and sculpt while adding lean muscle mass.
Free weights are added to traditional yoga poses and sequences
to add strength. Cardio burst will be incorporated to boost
your metabolism. Good for all fitness levels. Bring mat, towel,
hand-weights, and water. See website for class meeting dates.

Yoga-Hatha
Hatha, means connecting the sun and the moon or the breath with
the body and mind. It is the classical form of yoga and open to
being gentle in nature or more of a power form of yoga. Allows
freedom in style. Class focuses on building strength, balance,
flexibility, and control of the breath as tools to relax the mind and
body. Short meditation or reflection at the end. This is a mixed
level class. Bring water, yoga mat and two yoga blocks. See

Yoga/Pilates-Combo
Focus is on the central powerhouse muscles that include your abs,
back, buttocks and upper leg muscles. Develop core stability to
maintain proper posture and prevent injuries. Combined with yoga
to lengthen and strengthen without adding bulk. Bring water, yoga
