Cardio Kickboxing
Total body conditioning consisting of 3 minutes of cardio
endurance exercises followed by 2 minutes of resistance training
and finishing with 1 minute of core control. In 55 minutes our 3-2-1
class will help you reach your fitness goals using steps, weights,
resistance bands and a bosu ball. See website for class meeting

High-intensity, full-body workout at its best! This mixed-level class
incorporates kickboxing and aerobics while utilizing kettlebells
and resistance bands for a great calorie-blasting workout. Bring

Ball, Core & More
Strengthen your core and increase balance while adding variety
to your workout. Size of big ball is based on your height; if you
are less than 5’6” tall your big ball should be approximately
55 cm.; over 5’6” tall, 65 cm. Bring water, big ball, mat and

Circuit Training
Circuit training is an excellent way to improve fitness and strength,
and are traditionally sets of aerobic and strength exercises. The
exercises work the entire body and can be done at varying paces.
Class includes aerobics/kickboxing with strength and toning
intervals including abs. Bring water, mat and hand weights
