subject matter of this exciting medium. Cover basic art elements
and principles. Perfect for the beginner artist as well as the
advanced watercolor artist; individual instruction adapted to your
skill level. Learn about compositions, color mixing and watercolor
washes. Create a variety of paintings in a fun and relaxed

Fairy House Sculpture
Encased by your beautiful annuals is a magical little home where
your garden fairy lives. Create your outdoor art using concrete as
a medium. Glass, buttons and other materials can be set into the
concrete to give added detail. The first night you will shape your
fairy house. The second night, come inspired to paint your garden
focal point. Finished fairy house is approximately 12 in. high. Dress
for a mess both nights. Class held at Garden Treasures in Anoka.
All supplies provided. Class fee: $45.

Zentangle Basics
Go beyond doodling, get your creative juices flowing
and practice artistic meditation. Learn the theory and
basics of zentangle. It’s an easy to learn method of
creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns.
Create miniature pieces of black and white art on
3.5 in. paper tiles. The entire process is broken
down and taught one stroke at a time. No artistic
talent is required; Zentangle is great for both new
and experienced artists. Supply fee of $10 paid to
instructor at class. Class fee: $29.

Zentangle & Coloring
Enhance your love of Zentangle and go beyond the
basics! Use a variety of mediums and techniques to
see how just a touch of color will make your Zentangle
art pop. Discover how to use your drawings as
coloring pages to color over and over or share with
others. Supply fee of $10 paid to instructor at class.
Prerequisite: Zentangle Basics class or experience with
Zentangles highly recommended. Bring your kit from
Basics class or purchase one in class for additional $10.
