Appraise Your Antiques Drones for Non-Dummies-Beyond the Basics
Learn the basics of identifying and appraising art, antiques,
jewelry, coins and collectibles. Get tips on what makes items
valuable and the best ways to sell them. You will learn about
lithophane, trench art, U.S. Zone china, a U.S. three cent nickel,
precious gemstones, mourning jewelry and German silver.
Experience hands-on learning with certified appraiser and
instructor, David Schlueter. Extensive handouts provided.
Class fee $29. Move beyond the basics by looking at drone decision making,
flight planning, and how to prepare for your Federal Aviation
Administration Part 107, among other certifications. You will
also cover basic tools, simulators, apps, cameras, commercial
considerations, new and emerging regulations, insurance,
practical tips, techniques, and trends to be aware of. You may
bring your drone but we will not be flying them. Weather
permitting, an instructor-only demonstration flight may be held.
Students ages 12-17 are welcome to register with an adult. Class
fee: $35 individual or $50 adult/child.

NEW | Intro to Calligraphy for Beginners
Calligraphy adds creative flair to correspondence, parties,
decorations, art projects, and more. You will be introduced to
the basic calligraphy alphabet and beginner techniques you can
use to practice making letter forms, tools and materials every
calligrapher needs and how to hold and use the pen. If you want
to add special a flourish to your handwritten projects, this is the
perfect place to start! Supply fee $25 paid to instructor at class.

profit, government, and public safety agencies. You will learn
basic drone safety, rules of the road and air, registration,
certification, license, drone types, when, how and where to fly
(or avoid). You may bring your drone but we will not be flying
them. Weather permitting, an instructor-only demonstration
flight may be held. Students ages 12-17 are welcome to register

Interested in drone-based aerial photography and video, both
recreational and commercial? Review rules of the road for aerial
photography and video, license and registration, where to fly
(and not fly), flight planning and weather, autonomous and
manual modes, equipment, hardware, software and other tools.
Explore what types of drone and camera equipment are best, as
well as accessories, along with post processing tools. Students
ages 12-17 may register with an adult. Weather permitting, an

Instructor, Eric Houston, will take you through the entire history
of James Bond, from his literary origins to the most recent films
using rarely seen film clips, photographs, and more. You’ll learn
where the name James Bond came from, which Hollywood
actor was originally cast to play Bond, and even hear the
surprising words to the famous James Bond theme song! All of
this will be for your eyes only during this great one hour mission
with agent 007. Class held at North Metro TV Station in Blaine.
