Guys and Dolls at the Guthrie Theater
Gambling in luck and love from Times Square to Havana, this
classic musical boasts colorful characters and a brassy score,
featuring “Luck Be a Lady,” “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat”
and “Adelaide’s Lament.” It’s a surefire win. Tickets for the
performance and parking information will be mailed prior to
the event. Transportation is not provided. Register by May 31.

Laughter Yoga is a complete well-being workout! With special
guided techniques anyone can laugh without relying on jokes
and feel the benefits immediately! We initiate laughter with
child-like playfulness which soon turns into real, contagious
laughter. It combines deep breathing exercises from yoga with
laughter, thereby oxygenating your body and brain to help you
feel happy, healthy and energetic. Participants should wear

It’s often tough to separate fact from fiction, especially when it
comes to the supernatural, making it that much more difficult
to honestly comprehend what it means to truly connect with
loved ones on the other side. Intuitive coach and psychic, Jodi
Livon, The Happy Medium, presents a thrilling presentation on
alternative dimensions: the other side, ghosts, spirits, or energy
forms and beings. Get clarification about the Earth realm,
haunted places, and types of ghosts such as human spirits,
animal spirits and poltergeist. Learn how to safely open up and

geographical features make our wines unique and exceptional.
Join University of Minnesota’s (U of M) Wine Specialist, Drew
Horton, as he takes you through sampling and discussing some
of the unique wines made from cold-hardy grapes developed
at the U of M. Enjoy, sample wine and relax as you wind down
after work. Fee includes sampling five wines and some hors
d’oeuvres. Class held at Two Rivers Vineyard and Winery in
Ramsey. Class fee: $35.

creates climate conditions perfect for world-class cool climate
wines (like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). University of Minnesota
wine specialist, Drew Horton, produced vintages in Santa
Barbara before moving to Minnesota in 2010. He will explain
what makes the cold hardy wines from this region unique and
special. Unwind after work and enjoy sampling some of the most
popular wines from this region. Fee includes sampling five wines

opportunities in Anoka County serving children, adults, seniors,
groups and/or families. Many short-term and long-term
opportunities are available. Handouts provided. Presented by
