Aqua Jogging

Adult Lap Swim
Swim laps in designated lap swim lanes for fitness and conditioning.
Depending on the number of swimmers, lap swimmers should
be prepared to share lanes and circle-swim. See website for not
meeting dates. Pay $3.50 per visit; or use a swim coupon book of
20 for $45. No registration required. Swim masks are not allowed
during any of our lap swim or recreational swim sessions. Lap
swimmers may wear goggles (that do not cover the nose).

Blue Gills Master Swim Team/ MN Tri Kings
Targeted to triathletes looking to improve overall speed and
endurance during the swim leg of a triathlon. Workouts include a
variety of sets tailored to the individual’s speed and ability. Stroke
technique and development will also be incorporated within the
program. See website for not meeting dates. Pay per visit or drop
in to attend the workout of your choice. Program Ending 5/25.
Per workout fee: $5; or use a punch card 10 workouts for $45;
20 workouts for $85. Participants may join at any time. No
registration required.

Maximize your results in this deep-water training program. Aqua
Jogging is an intense, but non-impact, exercise alternative that will
challenge all levels of participants. Workout includes safe, effective
lower body variations and specific arm movements. All activities
are done in water 9-12 feet deep. A jogging vest is worn to hold
the participant in a vertical position. See website for not meeting
dates. Pay per visit and drop in to attend the workout of your
choice. Per workout fee: $5; or use a punchcard 10 workouts for
$45; 20 workouts for $85. Participants may join at any time.

Shallow Water Works
Waist to chest-deep water provides resistance for toning,
firming, water walking, and aerobic conditioning. Strength and
cardiovascular training are incorporated into a single workout.
No swimming skills required. Pay per visit and drop in to attend
