Cast-Iron Cooking
Imagine the aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through
your home. Learn to bake healthy dinner rolls, bulgur buns,
and 8-grain bread all from scratch. Using a variety of natural
ingredients, explore their nutritional values in your diet. This is
both a demonstration and hands-on class. Leave with recipes and
knowledge to fit your family’s tastes. Supply fee of $11 cash paid to
instructor at class. Class fee: $29.
Perfect your cast-iron cooking skills! Designed to retain heat, castiron is ideal for preparing one-pot meals. Learn how to season and
care for cast-iron cookware. Cook up some old favorites you can’t
duplicate in just any cookware: cheesy chile cornbread, pineapple
upside-down cake, and crisp-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside
scones. Extensive handouts provided with additional recipes. Bring
a cast-iron skillet to class if you have one; not required. Come with
an appetite! This is a hands-on class. Supply fee of $10 cash paid

buds with meals that incorporate bacon at all times of the day:

Some mornings, a bowl of cold cereal just does not cut
it. Grab a friend for a fun morning learning to master
cheese soufflé, quiche, strata, frittata and a puffy
pancake served with lemon and confectioner’s sugar.
Brunch would not be the same without those special
