Smørrebrød are Danish open-faced sandwiches, and smörgåsbord is a Swedish buffet. Host a buffet the Scandinavian way with the tips and tricks you’ ll learn in this live online class. Kirsten will demonstrate make ahead recipes and provide shopping suggestions as well as tips and tricks before styling a bountiful array of breads and toppings to appeal to a wide variety of eaters.
