Krumkake, Pizzelle, Sandbakkels & Rosettes
Learn to create the rolled Norwegian cookie, Krumkakes made with cream, butter and cinnamon or sometimes flavored with vanilla. Italian Pizzelles are baked on top of the stove using an iron but are a flat, anise-flavored cookie or can also be flavored with vanilla. The chewy, almond Swedish Sandbakkels are delicate golden brown in color and are baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts. Finally, you’ ll master deep fried Rosettes – paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Expect great recipes plus many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! Bring containers to bring your cookies home. Supply fee of $ 14 cash paid to the instructor at class.

Lovely Macarons
They are beautiful and so fun to make! Nancy will show you some simple tricks to make the process easy. We will make three different kinds, all set for the holidays. Students will bake and assemble one recipe from start to finish, as well as decorate and assemble the other two recipes. You will be the talk at the party when you serve these little delicacies!
