Come ready to bake and take home 10 dozen cookies and candies to enjoy this holiday season . You will be working in stations , each making a different treat . There will be a great variety for you to share with family and friends ! This is a hands-on class . Allergy note : All treats may be in contact with nuts , dairy and wheat products . Do you ever wonder how cooks pull a meal out of thin air when the fridge seems bare ? Pantry meals are the answer ! Join Kirsten live online from her kitchen as she demonstrates a variety of meals using cupboard , freezer and / or other long-storing ingredients . Recipes include copycat Olive Garden shrimp scampi in the Instant Pot , curried chickpea salad sandwiches , Thai pumpkin soup and more . Registration includes extensive recipe handout and link to class recording so you can rewatch at your convenience .

Our Adult Fitness Programs have two ways to attend :
• Register online for a season pass - good for specific dates and times . This guarantees you a spot and is available for a reduced rate .
• Purchase a punch card for a fee and come when it works for you . Punch cards will be available for purchase at the pool only . Please note , if we hit the class capacity drop-in will not be available .

Aqua Jog - Deep Water Fitness Classes
Maximize your results in this deep-water training program . Aqua Jogging is an intense , but non-impact , exercise alternative that will challenge all levels of participants .
Lap Swimming and Water Walking
Sessions are offered at various times and days of the week . Participants are able and encouraged to share a lane .
Swimming Lesson Sessions - All ages ( 6 months - Adult ) Classes once per week for four weeks . Classes are offered up to six days per week depending upon instructor availability .
Open Swim Sessions w October 1 - December 17 , 2022 - Registration is available for each Saturday . Saturdays - 1:30-3:30 p . m . - $ 5.00 per person - all ages
Pre-registration is encouraged due to capacity ratios . Recreational swimming includes the use of diving boards , swim toys , and lap lanes for swimmers of all ages .
