Appetizers Quick, Easy and Enticing NEW | Chicken en Croute
Join us for an evening creating various crowd-pleasing
20-minute appetizers! You can serve these as a first course,
a snack or even as a complete buffet for family and friends.
Selections include recipes for spreads, hearty appetizers, dips,
hot appetizers and more. Bring an appetite for sampling in class.
You will also learn tips for creating an appetizer party. Bring a
container to bring home leftovers. Supply fee of $15 cash paid
to instructor at class. Class fee: $29. We start with a classic Caesar salad using fresh baked croutons,
Romano cheese and sweet cherry tomatoes. You’ll assemble the
entree, wrapping tender breast of chicken in flaky puff pastry
with shallots and portobello mushrooms. Prepare an amazing
sauce using sweet port wine. Sides will include asparagus
with olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon along with a delicious
jasmine rice blend using toasted almonds and dried cranberries.
Finish with chocolate decadence, a rich flourless chocolate torte
served with an exquisite raspberry coulis and fresh whipped
cream. Class fee: $55.

Take the mystery out of homemade yeast breads and leave
with knowledge to bake, using ingredients that appeal to your
family’s tastes and needs. Learn to shape buns, crescent rolls and
beautiful bread loaves that boost flavor and embrace healthy
eating. This is a demonstration and hands-on class. Supply fee of

Bring a friend and celebrate India with its signature Bollywood
food and music! Enjoy a star-studded menu that starts off with
a sensational Mumbai mojito mocktail. In addition, learn how
to make bhajias (vegetable fritters), murgh makhani (butter
chicken), kesar pulao (rice pilaf), toasted butter naan and raita,
and finish with mango parfait-a perfect celebratory end to a
Bollywood night. Chef Anu will provide you with her tips and

Caramel and Cinnamon Rolls
Indulge and impress family and friends with luscious homemade
cinnamon and caramel rolls. From scratch, make buttery pecan-
filled caramel rolls and rich cinnamon rolls that everyone loves.
Leave with freshly baked rolls, recipes and knowledge to bake
these sweet yeast breads on your own. This is a hands-on class.

Bring your creative side to class to decorate a not-so-scary
Day of the Dead cake. Learn to make American buttercream
icing, how to use a piping bag and tips, piping techniques and
a simple fondant flower to create your own version of this fall
favorite! Leave class with a finished cake as well as basic supplies
to bring home. Bring supply fee of $25 paid to instructor at

beans, tomatoes, zucchini, apples and more. Le Cordon Blue
chef and gardening expert, Ann Burcher, will help you discover
how to prepare new delicious dishes with produce grown in
your own garden or from your local farmer’s market. You will
prepare an appetizer, main dish, soup, salad and dessert. For
