Depending on the number of swimmers, lap swimmers should be prepared to share lanes and circle-swim. See website for not meeting dates. Pay $3.50 per visit; or use a swim coupon book of 20 for $45. No registration required. Swim masks are not allowed during any of our lap swim or recreational swim sessions. Aqua Jogging is an intense, but non-impact, exercise alternative that will challenge all levels of participants. Workout includes safe, effective lower body variations and specific arm movements. All activities are done in water 9-12 feet deep. A jogging vest is worn to hold the participant in a vertical position. See website for not meeting dates. This class will teach families safety skills and allow time for individual practice and instructor feedback. All students will have the opportunity to learn at their own pace in a relaxed environment. Preschool Aquatics (for children ages 3 – 4) The love of swimming continues with our preschool programs. Instructors use fun games to teach bobbing, floating and life jacket safety. Class is taught in the shallow end of the pool, which
