Learn four rules for safe stovetop pressure cooking and be prepared to roll out delicious, quick meals. Cook fried chickpeas in 11 minutes, navy beans in three, cheesecake in 12, risotto in seven and juicy pot roast in under an hour. The quick and dependable pressure cooker is a staple pantry item.
