Caramel & Cinnamon Rolls
This tasty, cookie-like treat is rich in it’s Italian legacy! Biscotti
means twice-baked, resulting in a hard yet chewy texture. These
delicious snacks keep well and are generally low-calorie. Make and
sample delectable almond biscotti and chocolate nut biscotti. This
is a demonstration and hands-on class. Supply fee of $10 cash paid
to instructor at class. Class fee: $29.
Indulge and impress family and friends with luscious homemade
cinnamon and caramel rolls. From scratch, make the buttery
caramel rolls and rich cinnamon rolls that everyone loves. Leave
with freshly baked rolls, recipes, and knowledge to bake these

Cake Decorating-Beginner
NEW | Dim Sums Across the World
Take ordinary and make it extraordinary! Learn how to decorate
your own cakes for special occasions. Create a rose, drop flowers
and leaves. Learn how to print and more! Decorate three cakes
over the 5-week class. This is a hands-on class. Additional supplies
are needed; they will be discussed and may be purchased at the
first class session ($30 and up). Class fee: $49.
Enjoying dim sums in an authentic restaurant is a pampering
experience. Learn to make three classic dim sums to bring the
experience into your own home. Join Chef Anu in preparing shrimp
shiu mai (Chinese dumplings stuffed with shrimp and steamed)
chicken pot stickers (dumplings with chicken and spices, fried and
steamed), and a dessert dim sum called Orange Chocolate Baos,
a soft bun scented with citrus and vanilla served with chocolate
sauce. Sip on vanilla jasmine bubble tea as you cook in this
hands-on class. Instructor provides all supplies. Class fee: $55.

steps to delicious roasting. Learn to make stuffed pork roast with
root vegetables as well as Salmon Le’ Broche with tomatoes and
fresh asparagus. Chef Sem Karpman will teach you techniques to
make turkey, chicken or goose taste unbelievable and roast beef
tender and juicy. Top off your dinner with stuffed baked apples.
Leave knowing how to make your holiday meals a hit! Come hungry

A culinary adventure awaits you! Create a five course
meal with five star food that can match an upscale
restaurant menu worth over $100. Start with tarragon
shrimp and asparagus salad, wild mushroom soufflé

compote and vegetables ragout. Finish with petite
baked Alaska napoleon. This outstanding meal takes
