Discover how to use pivot tables to organize, summarize and
calculate lists of data in just seconds! Learn to group dates, insert
additional calculated fields and calculate percentage of growth
using pivot tables. Using chart as well as pivot chart features,
you will learn to display your data visually and professionally,
including pie, bar, area, stock, pi- i- pie and many more custom
chart settings. Prerequisite: Excel 103. Class fee: $69; call for a $10
discount when registering for three or more Excel Classes.
An iPad is an amazingly fun device, once you know what you’re
doing. Discover how to change the standard settings to personalize
your device. Learn typing text, editing, selecting and cut/copy/
paste. Use Safari to create and manage bookmarks to get to what
you want on the Internet with ease. Set reminders, write notes,
insert new contacts and use the calendar to stay organized. Come
to class with your iPad, Apple ID and password and be ready to
download some fantastic apps! No prerequisite. Class fee: $69.

Keep Your Computer Running Right
If you’ve ever gotten frustrated with your computer, pounded your
fists on the keyboard or screamed out loud, I can’t take it anymore! –
this class is for you. Learn how to maintain your computer: optimize,
defrag, protect from viruses and more. Take care of your PC, so it
will take care of you. This is a basic prevention and maintenance
seminar – not a repair class. Class is held in computer lab however,
participants may bring their own laptop computer if they wish. Class
fee includes textbook and flash drive. Class fee: $49.
