their life. Knowing how to properly respond to a seizure is criticaland could be life saving. Understand how to identify seizures,
know what to do during a seizure, and overcome the myths and
misconceptions surrounding seizures and epilepsy. Instructor,

Everyday anxiety is normal and more common than many people
realize. Class will focus on a better understanding of the possible
reasons people experience higher than usual anxiety and learning
strategies that may help alleviate it. Wade Crandall is a licensed
professional clinical counselor who has several years experience
counseling and coaching people with anxiety. Please note this is
not a therapy session, rather a strategy class with tips to reduce
