Curling is a sport that continues throughout adulthood and many families curl together for years. It is great for family, fun, positivity and sportsmanship. This Olympic sport welcomes all activity levels, is relatively inexpensive and is low impact with many health benefits. Families with children as young as age 5 can register to participate.
