Easy & Delicious Roasting
Jams, Jellies & Marmalades
Bring family dinners back around your table with 2-3 easy steps
to delicious roasting. Learn to make stuffed pork roast with root
vegetables as well as Salmon Lè Broche with tomatoes and fresh
asparagus. Chef Sem Karpman will teach you techniques to make
turkey, chicken or goose taste unbelievable and roast beef tender
and juicy. Top off your dinner with stuffed baked apples. Leave
knowing how to make your holiday meals a hit! Come hungry and
bring a container. This is a hands-on class. Supply fee of $15 cash
paid to the instructor at class. Class fee: $29 one; $55 two.
Many fruits, herbs and even veggies make tasty jams and jellies.
Discover the secrets of pectin to make perfect preserves and ideas
to make your own preserves unique. Learn basic ‘hot water bath’
techniques that are applicable to other canning projects. Prepare a
batch of jam from start to finish and take 1-2 jars home. This is both
a demonstration and hands-on class. Supply fee of $8 paid
to instructor at class. Class fee: $45.

to enjoy this holiday season. You will be working in stations, each
making a different treat. There will be a great variety for you
