What Are OTM’s? OTM's are NRHH's (National Residence Hall Honorary) way of recognizing outstanding performance in different areas of work. We ask that write a minimum of one paragraph describing the nominated person, event, or program. When filling out the OTM recommendation form, please make sure to answer all questions. Also, please check for proper grammar and spelling!

Who can submit/receive OTM’s? All Community Advisors will be required to submit 1 OTM per month. Anyone (including residents) is allowed to submit OTM’s. Likewise, anyone is allowed to receive an OTM as long as they fit the criteria.
When are OTM’s due? OTM’s are due the 1st of every month. For example, all October OTM’s are due November 1st!
Where do I submit OTM’s? OTM’s are submitted through the website http://otms.nrhh.org/ You will need to go on the website and create an account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to start submitting OTM’s!
How will OTM winners be notified? The winners of each month’s OTM’s will be awarded a certificate from NRHH that will be delivered to their building or department. Their names and awards will also be published in the monthly CA ‘Zine.
