Mission Statement
Beautiful Day ’ s mission is to connect refugees and their communities through business , job training and education . We run a gourmet granola factory and use every aspect of operations to equip refugees to get jobs .
Background Since 2012 , Beautiful Day has provided hands-on training to prepare refugees for permanent jobs . Adjusting to a new culture is very hard , but our graduates leave with improved English , better skills and increased confidence .
Brag Lines Last year , ninety-seven refugees participated in our adult , youth and entrepreneurship programs ; and we produced almost nine tons of granola which sold all across the country . Our programs work !
