BASIC ADDRESS
AND SWING PATH
The key to a good set-up is getting your club and
body consistently into the correct neutral position
so you can swing without having to make any
manipulations in order to contact the ball crisply
and start it on your intended line. You can use the
kit to ensure your ball position and alignment are
spot on at address and influence your swing path
and clubface during the swing.
TARGET LINE
These yellow lines in front and
behind the ball show the extended
target line, which is especially
helpful when practicing on a range
without a specific target.
FOOT LINE
EXIT PATH
FACE ANGLE
This red strip shows
where the clubface
should be pointing at
impact. Directly over the
target line will produce a
straight shot with the
correct swing path.
72 Golf World November 2017
The green strip
represents the path the
clubhead travels on after
impact. This shows the
swing path (along with
the blue downswing
path) for a straight shot.
The yellow foot line is
parallel to the target line
and the two strips are a
specific distance apart
so you can get the
correct stance width
every time.
