Colossium: Who would you take on a date to
space and why?
DredW: Dunno about that yet… maybe I’ll
have to think of that...lol
CLS: What projects you are currently working
on? Which project is going to release first in
the coming days?
DRW: Currently working on my debut EP.
released the first single off it ABU DHABI like
a month ago. I should be releasing the second
single quite soon and the EP should be out
hopefully by end of August this year… God
willing. Some of the features already on are
Magnom, Edem, J-TOWN, M3dal, Ayat, CJ
Biggerman, Slim Drumz and a few more. It’ll
be fire…. You Go Like Am
CLS: I have listened to Abu Dhabi and I must
say that it is an awesome project. Tell me, how
did it all start for you? How did you discover
your talent and genre?
DRW: I mean it all started in primary school….
don’t be surprised, I’ve been a computer ge-
nius since…lol. But professional in 2008. I’ve
always been a fan of music…always listening to
music and my favorite genre will probably be
Afrobeats.
CLS: As a producer, how many songs do you
have under your belt since coming into the
music scene?
DRW: I’ve produced a couple of songs for
some top artistes in Ghana and beyond …but
personal have 3 singles and a beat tape under
my belt, so yeah I’ve been working hard…lol

CLS: What do you think about the Chale
Wote festival?
DRW: I think it’s really good… I like the
initiative. I haven’t been to one yet but I’ve
read about it and seen some footages… so
yeah it’s amazing.
CLS: Will you be attending? Are you par-
ticipating or just going there to have fun?
DRW: Yeah if I have the time why not. but
I’m not really the outing type unless it’s
probably for work. So tell them to hit me
up and I’ll be there…lol
CLS: What will you say is your greatest
achievement so far?
DRW: I’ll say my greatest achievement will
be making strides with my music in differ-
ent ways… getting good response, new fol-
lowers or fans, interviews etc. I can’t pick
one out but everything about my music
has been a great achievement…small small
I dey move. Never thought I could get all
this. It’s a blessing. God is good.
CLS: How about disappointments?
DRW: Yah I’ve had a couple already but
I won’t like to mention them. The people
involved might take it personal…lol
CLS: Everyone has a role model or a per-
sonality they look up to. Who would you
say is most influential to you?
DRW: My mum, first of all…. Magnom...I
mean he’s been more or less like a father to
me in music. God bless him. E.L, Peeweezil
and then Richie Mensah…I really learnt a
lot from him, was signed to him for 2years
and it was amazing working under him
and some friends too.
“ I won’t say it’s a wave.
I’m just here to create a
difference…make it better
and if possible help take
it to another level. Jah
