2025 International Bankruptcy Course January 14 , 2025
For the 2025 semester , the College is pleased to announce that it is once again offering all Fellows and their firms the opportunity to audit all , or any portion , of the course , with a deep discount for firms who sponsor the College through the Patrons and Sponsors program . The classes are presented live ( via Zoom ) on 13 consecutive Tuesday nights starting January 14 , 2025 , from 6:40 pm ET to 8:20 pm ET . For those who are unable to attend live , recordings of each session are posted within 48 hours of the class . Extensive reference materials are also posted for each class . The Education Committee of the Fourth and DC Circuits is pleased to announce a 2025 American College of Bankruptcy Moot Court on Monday , February 17 , 2025 . ( Please find the application package here .) The event is co-sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute .
The moot in-person will be held at the Prettyman Courthouse , 333 Constitution Avenue N . W ., Washington D . C ., 20001 .
