The College and DEI on the Web . This past Summer , the College introduced its revamped website , which includes a completely redesigned and enhanced series of pages devoted exclusively to its DEI mission and related efforts .
The new DEI section of the website features :
• the College ’ s DEI mission statement ;
• detailed information regarding the mission , membership and ongoing work of the DEI Committee and its subcommittees ;
• helpful information regarding the availability and process for applying for DEI-related grants from the American College of Bankrutpcy Foundation ;
• detailed descriptions of the DEI Committee ’ s pipeline , mentorship , and educational programs ( e . g ., Howard DREAMS ; the ACB Scholars program ; the Diversity in Restructuring & Insolvency Volunteer Effectiveness ( DRIVE )
initiative ), and the Someone Believed in Me mentorship reflection program );
• the DEI Committee ’ s working partnerships with other industry organizations ( e . g . the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges , the New York Women ’ s Initiative , and the Bankruptcy Inclusion , Diversity , Equity , and Accessibility ( IDEA ) Consortium ) in their DEI-related efforts ;
• the College ’ s systemic efforts to ensure that its membership includes members of historically underrepresented constituencies ;
