Hello Randy,

I am hoping you can help me and give some advise. I don't know who to turn to. I am an ex-con and I have paid my debt to society. I met this guy who asked me to go into business with him. I had the truck and he had the money. We began working as partners in our business. We made lots of money together. After a year passed, he decided to venture out on his own, cutting me out of the business. I have no problem with that. What my problem is, he will not return my truck. I have asked him over and over again for the truck. He would tell me he will deliver it soon, but I am getting the runaround. I still don't have my truck. What can I do? I don't want to go back to prison for something that is mine because I don't want to handle this by the rules of the streets, if you know what I mean. I just want my truck back.

Do I have grounds for suing him or do I just sit back and wait on him to give my truck back? I need advice.
