6. Make dinner - We all have to eat, right?!

7. Movie night – Watching movies with a partner is always fun (especially if you’ve prepared dinner to go with it).

8. Comedy club – Good jokes always make for a good date!

9. Go to a play – While tickets for a play can get expensive, purchasing “dress rehearsal” tickets (the first few shows before the play begins its run) are always less pricey; usually ½ the cost or less.

10. Tour your own city – There are parts of my hometown that I still haven’t seen yet. Why not fill up your gas tank & take a mini-tour of your city. You never know, you might discover something pretty cool!

If you do happen to find a woman who wants to date, you knowing that you don’t have a lot of money, she is obviously into you and not your wallet. Sometimes guys expect their money to do the talking but most women are more interested in being loved & treated with respect in a relationship. So if you don’t have any money but you’ve met a woman you want to take on a date, don’t worry – just show her a good time (but not too good; save something for the next date!).

Now men aren’t the only ones that are broke, Some women may be a little low on funds, perhaps because they are single mothers, are in school or maybe just lost their job. Does that mean they can’t date? No, of course not but they also shouldn’t expect a man to always pay their way. Not all broke women are greedy and not all greedy women are broke. If you have a date who understands your financial situation, be gracious and appreciative. Just date smart and choose wisely and that will increase the likelihood of you meeting someone who’s on the same page as you.
