Kia is a Gija woman from Warmun Community (Turkey Creek) in the East Kimberley of Western Australia. Her traditional Aboriginal name is Wadjbarreyal and her skin name is Nangala.
As a business strategist and leadership coach, Kia is passionate about guiding people and their businesses to realise their potential for change as she believes they are better prepared to operate across cultures. She combines her knowledge of international business, community development and leadership roles with her lived experiences in regional and remote Aboriginal communities to cultivate organisations that balance commercial and community outcomes.

Chantal’s natural ability to form close connections with Aboriginal people saw her receive an honorary Skin Name by an Aboriginal Group in the East Kimberley region of North Western Australia in 2008.
As a business strategist and human behavior specialist, Chantal works with organisations who want to consciously connect and co-create initiatives for people living and working with Aboriginal Communities. She sees the development of Aboriginal businesses as the key to cultivate cultural connection at organisation, community and individual levels.
