Jirriam everyone!

Welcome to the value-packed September edition of PATHFINDERS!

This month, we can honestly say, there are some truly inspiring people telling their incredible stories. The theme for this magazine was driven by the question everyone seems to be asking at the moment – WHAT IS THE VISION FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESSES IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS?

This month we hear from lovely Aboriginal Business Owners who share what they believe makes their businesses successful. And you will be surprised to hear it’s not all about cashflow, marketing and finding aligned partners! They all agree that being successful means you know:

1. Where you have come from;

2. Who you are;

3. Where you are going and having the vision and drive to get you there.

We know that as you read the September Edition of PATHFINDERS you will be inspired by these people. We are so grateful that they take the time to share their own personal stories with you! You would have to agree that by sharing these stories we see great social change and more people making a difference.

The September Edition is wrapped up with the “5 Top Tips” on all things cultural connection and leadership. There is also a fantastic book review on Indigenous Women and Work: From Labor to Activism that follows the interesting pathways women have forged in the workforce from the 18th century to the late 20th century.

As you already know, this magazine is for you. It’s for leaders, social entrepreneurs, business owners, social change agents, community development managers and all those people who dare to think outside of what is happening right now and have the courage to think about what could be happening if we were all more culturally connected!

Now that is a vitally important message to be sharing.

So FEEL FREE TO PASS THIS ON TO OTHER PEOPLE YOU KNOW will benefit from hearing from some of our very own great achievers out there doing amazing things.

Next month we will be exploring the theme of CULTURAL CONNECTION so if you are someone who has something you want to share on the topic or if you have a message that you want others to hear – please email us at [email protected] or connect with us on our Facebook page

Until we connect again soon, take care of yourselves and your families.
