Professionally, I worked at NYU Grossman School of Medicine for 10 years as a Surgery Clerkship Coordinator and 2 years as Inter-Clerkship Coordinator for 3rd Year Medical Students.

Currently I am Project Chef for Bon Appetit at Linkedin NY HQ, Assisting the culinary team prepare 15 to 20 recipes for over 1200 employees. Former Chef de Cuisine for NYU Langone Health. Managing the Tisch Cafe, Kimmel Cafe and the Science Cafe including Patient Meal Services of 500-700 patients daily. Also I am a former Chef de Tournant at the Barclay Center cooking for the NY Islander owners and special suites.
