Bridge Flotilla
I now own Eddie's Restaurant for 35 years in Northern New York. Dad has always owned restaurants, so that should explain the Eddie's name.
I graduated high school in South Jersey, moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where I received my A&P from Spartan Aeronautics to work on aircraft. The next 10 years found me in power-plants all over the mid-west and the west doing non-destructive testing. Then moved to Ticonderoga NY to take over dad's latest restaurant and have been here ever since.
My friend Gregg Trask got me interested in the Auxiliary and we did the Planking ceremony at my restaurant on October 28, 2001. We started an
Aux Chef program at Station Burlington Vermont.
