Since becoming an ECB Coach Developer Rachel has grown in confidence , she is a valued member of our team in Yorkshire . She delivers all levels of courses and is an inspirational role model that others can aspire to . It ' s great that we have female coach developers that we can call on in specific circumstances when needed . She is confident working in front of a group of males delivering and challenging them on L2 courses . |

We identified Amanda on one of our L2 courses , she has played at the highest level ( England ) and has been inspirational when delivering courses ( ECB Foundation I Coach and L2 ) for both Females and Males . Amanda is a highly regarded member of our workforce in Yorkshire and will not be paid for the work she does for us . We would appreciate if she could be recognised for the amazing contribution to coach development in the county . |

Kathryn ' s daughter started playing towards the end of the 2020 season . Kathryn volunteered to help out with our burgeoning Women and Girls section . She quickly caught the bug - starting an ECB Foundation I Coach course , joining the committee as Women & Girls Cricket Representative , and taking the lead on our Girls Under 13s Softball programme . Additionally , she coordinated a new Women ' s Social Softball programme for the mums of the girls and any other women who wanted to play without competitive pressures . In a short space of time , Kathryn has become an integral member of the cricket club and a driving force behind the expansion of Girls cricket . |

Roni has been an integral component of Blyth Cricket Club ’ s junior and grassroots sections since they were set up over three years ago . She has provided amazing support and at its peak , pre-Covid , managed to field two women and girls teams in one season ! Roni is loved by the junior boys and girls and has managed to bring some of the more reluctant participants , out of their shells . We are growing our grassroots year on in and could not have done this without volunteers like Roni ! |

Katherine and Helen have been great . Not only have they helped me to create and develop the Ladies Softball Cricket section at Redlynch & Hale CC , but they have trained as Activator ' s and are running a Girl ' s only Dynamos programme this Summer . Attendance at both Ladies and Dynamo ' s has been good and the Ladies won their first W10 league match this week ! |

Sara has been instrumental in supporting the delivery of ECB Foundation I Coach around the county . She is a great role model when delivering courses with females present . These girls can then aspire to following a similar path as Sara . Sara delivers the course in a way that breeds confidence in young coaches , allowing them to express themselves on course . She is a valued member of our team . |

Lucy has strived for a numbers of years to develop a girls team at Ebbw Vale . She has been instrumental in the development of the girls Falcons team , giving up many hours to coach whilst completing her degree . She has worked tirelessly coaching both boys and girls . We currently have six girls playing for Ebbw Vale CC two of whom are in a Wales development squad as well as coaching the Dynamos . Her dream is to have a full girls team playing for Ebbw Vale in the not too distant future . She is a Level 2 coach but more importantly she understands children . Her passion for cricket is inspiring and she is a great role model for our children . She also volunteers for other roles in the club , from working in the kitchen to being out on the field with the groundsman . She has spent many times moving the covers on and off due to the weather . She goes above and beyond and has earned the respect of her peers . |
