Partner Delivery :
How partners will access and deliver the learning ( Licensed v Non licensed )
Partners have the option to implement the Coach Learning Programme through two distinct methods : utilising a license or opting for a non-license approach .
With a License : In cases where partners possess their own proficient team of tutors to administer the programme , they have the capability to internally train their tutors for programme delivery . This approach offers a more economical pricing structure , as partners assume responsibility for tutor remuneration . It ’ s important to note that tutors will be required to participate in an onboarding session to acquaint themselves with the program content .
To assist partners with delivery we provide a number of assets , including : slide decks , tutor explainer videos , facilitator checklists , skills guides , templates , learner onboarding videos and portfolios .
Without a License : For partners without their own tutor workforce , there is no need for concern . UK Coaching maintains its own team of experts who are prepared and available to guide your learners through the programme , whether in a physical or online setting .
Programme Duration
The Coach Learning Programme offers a flexible timeline for completion , allowing learners to progress at their own pace .
While there is no fixed duration , a recommended period of approximately six months has been identified as an optimal timeframe to guide learners through the programme . This timeframe ensures a comprehensive and enriching experience for participants .
