SUPPORT CENTER FEATURE and the skills needed to perform her duties effectively.
Collin Brock, Production Technician β Collin joined the Support Center team as a Production Technician in May 2026. Having grown up in CMA and as the son of Meri Brock, who has faithfully served as Design Department Manger for more than 25 years, Collin brings his own creativity, talent, and passion to the ministry. He is responsible for producing all banners, including campus banners, signage, stock banners, and custom chapter banners. In addition to banner production, Collin prints decals and name tags and is continually expanding his skill set by learning leather tooling.
As a newer member of the team, Collin has already become a valuable part of the Production Department, using his creativity and willingness to learn to help support the ministry in a variety of ways.
Goodie Reps β We currently have 12 sets of Goodie Reps covering regions across the United States. These dedicated reps invest countless hours traveling to events, managing inventory, setting up stores, performing sales, and building relationships with you, the CMA membership. They play a vital role in representing CMA in the field and ensuring members remain connected to our mission and resources.
When Luci joined the Support Center team more than 23 years agoβ 28 years after CMA was foundedβ the Goodies ministry was still in its early stages. At that time, a handful of faithful volunteers transported products in bunkhouse trailers and set up temporary stores at events. Without a computerized inventory system, Goodie Representatives began each event with a starting inventory, manually recorded every sale, and completed a full inventory count each time they packed up and moved to the next location.
What began with a handful of dedicated volunteers hauling products in bunkhouse trailers has grown into a well-organized ministry, with Goodie Representatives operating " bumper-pull trailer warehouse " locations from their homes and on the road allowing them to efficiently serve members across their assigned regions. Advances in technology have transformed the way inventory is managed, making it easier to track products, process sales, and replenish stock.
The ministry has also experienced tremendous growth at national events. Years ago, merchandise was sold through a single roll-up window at Iron Mountain. After waiting in a long line, members would tell a team member which items they wanted, and the products would be gathered for them. Today, the Iron Mountain Goodies Store has expanded into a spacious retail location with eight registers, all connected to computerized inventory and reordering systems, allowing thousands of members to be served efficiently.
The Goodies ministry continues to rely on faithful volunteers, and there is always room for more Goodie Representatives. If God is leading you to serve in this important ministry, Luci would love to hear from you. To learn more, contact her at luci @ cmausa. org.
Vision for the Department: While growth is a common goal in sales, within this ministry, it signifies more than increased sales. Growth represents more individuals wearing the CMA Logo and sharing Jesus through the ministry tools provided. The department ' s vision is to serve God and the entire CMA organization by supplying ministry tools and encouragement to further the Kingdom of God.
Upcoming new projects on the horizon include a new riding jersey featuring the colors of the CMA Logo, as well as a new lightweight mesh leather vest that will pack great when traveling and be comfortable when riding. We love to receive product suggestions, and you can send them directly to us at ordersonline @ cmausa. org.
Luci feels blessed to serve in this great ministry and to be part of a department that supports CMAβ s mission every day. CMA is blessed by your continued prayers and financial support. Thank you! CMA
