( continued from page 24 ) since found a home church where we willingly serve every chance we get . I serve on the Worship and Production teams , and my wife serves in the kids ’ ministry . Our kids even enjoy serving with us at times .

I have had the pleasure of attending many CMA events near me . Everyone has always been so welcoming . My church was even able to serve at the CMA Nebraska State Rally this year to help with kids ’ activities , and all the volunteers enjoyed the event . Some of them didn ’ t know what to expect about being around a bunch of bikers but said they were glad they were part of it . They enjoyed the outreach that CMA is doing , and said it felt like the outreach events that our church does .

I felt led to get baptized on the same weekend as the state rally . I looked at it as something I was supposed to do and didn ’ t fully understand its significance . I was shocked when so many CMA members showed up to witness my baptism , even several people I hadn ’ t even met yet . It made me realize how big of a deal getting baptized was .

In short , the dinner rides were the vehicle that connected me to God and could be summed up by these words , “ Wind Therapy ” that “ Recharges your Batteries .” CMA Jeston Koch is a friend of Brian and Carrie Sermeno .
