BE STRONG AND BRAVE 1 : 6-7 ( ESV ), “ Be
JOSHUA strong and courageous , for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them . Only be strong and very courageous , being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you . Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left , that you may have good success wherever you go .”
The book of Joshua records the entry of the Israelites into the Promised Land under the leadership of the Prophet Joshua . As we study this book , we learn principles that can help us have courage and strength in the face of opposition . We also learn important lessons from the success the Israelites had because of their obedience to the Lord and from their failure because of their disobedience .
I have always been very careful and zealous for the things of God . Family , church , and CMA are points that I take care of with a lot of love and affection because if they are under my responsibility , God will certainly hold me accountable , and I want to present Him with the best result .
The year 2023 was a beautiful surprise for us in CMA Brazil . The year was one of many joys and victories . Many people started a new life with Christ through our ministry , and the number of members committed to CMA Brazil , and especially to God , has increased .
We carried out several evangelization campaigns and also reaped the fruits of these events , being able to help local churches . But we also felt strong pressure in the last months of the year , and we also noticed a spiritual struggle in the group . We have been praying and asking our kind God to have mercy on our lives and continue to care for us , because we know that if we remain firm , God will give us victory as He gave to the people of Israel in the time of Joshua , so “ Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left , that you may have good success wherever you go .” God be praised .
