Andy Watson is the Founder & ceO of SherPr, the no hassle door to door solution for delivering sports
equipment. Andy successfully founded FLIO, the global airport app, whilst previous to this was one of the first
employees at Spotify, building the business from scratch across europe, United States and Asia'.

mike Zisman is the ceO of Golf Genius Software, a company he founded in 2009 after a long career in
information technology. Prior to founding Golf Genius, he was founder and ceO of Soft-Switch, Inc., ceO of
Lotus development corp. and a senior executive at Ibm. Soft-Switch, founded in 1979, was one of the very
first companies to participate in the electronic mail industry, and mike is regarded as a pioneer in the field
of electronic mail.
Zisman serves on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. he is a board member of the Kimmel center
for the Performing Arts, and a former director or trustee of merion Golf club, the University of Pennsylvania,
Lehigh University, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the board of Overseers of the Penn School of engineering
and Applied Sciences, and main Line health. he is also a director of a number of venture-backed
technology companies.
mike has a b.S. in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, a masters in Systems engineering from the
University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.d. in decision Sciences from the Wharton School at Penn. Prior to founding
Soft-Switch, mike was a member of the faculty at m.I.t.
mike and his wife Linda Gamble have four children, ages 36 to 16; they and their younger daughter live in
Wayne, PA. mike and Linda are avid golfers and enjoy skiing.

Prasad Suryadevara is the ceO of Northstar technologies, the proud developer of the “Next Generation club
management Software”, which is currently in use at more than 600 clubs globally.
Prasad earned his master’s degree in computer Science from Florida tech, and began his professional career
in 1990 with At&t Universal card Services. during his tenure there, he served as chief Architect, and technical
Lead on At&t’s prestigious Universal Windows (UWIN) project for customer service. Leading this project for
At&t culminated in UWIN attaining the prestigious malcolm baldridge Quality Award in 1992.
Following his time with At&t, Prasad played a key role in motorola’s joint venture with Imonics, to develop their
document management and Workflow Automation product. this development lead to advanced information
sharing, and increased efficiency processes that are still in use today.
In 1997, Prasad founded Spectrum technologies, a systems integration company. Under Prasad’s leadership,
Spectrum soon expanded operations into 12 countries worldwide. As a pioneer in the field, Spectrum had
success in building mission-critical business and operations software systems for multi-national corporations,
such as merrill Lynch, cNN, home depot, Vodaphone, british telecom, France telecom, and eurotel, among
others. Prasad remains as Spectrum’s ceO today.
In 2002, a consortium of North America’s finest clubs had determined that the legacy software systems of their industry
were not keeping pace with technology advancements. the leaders of these clubs, after searching for a leader in
technology, selected Spectrum to meet their needs. Prasad surveyed the club Software landscape, and determined
that this market needed something entirely new, designed from the ground up exclusively for clubs; Northstar was born!
